Sophia Talk

The Sophia Talk (previously called Talk Series) was the embryo of The Sophia Collective

It was founded in 2018 as a safe space for women to share stories.

It grew organically with no social media presence.

30 Talks have been held to date with 40-60 women attending each Talk

More than 500 women have attended a Talk and most women keep coming back

Topics have included:

• Women raising Men

• Mindfulness with a brief on neuroscience

• Transitions and our life journey

• Femininity and our power

• The age of AI and femininity

• Mental health

We mainly hold our Talk sessions onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We also organize online sessions as well.
